The Individual Coaching Journey
In our 1:1 sessions, we create space to step back from day-to-day demands and reflect on how you lead, think, and act.
We explore your values, strengths, and patterns to help you lead with greater clarity and intention.
At the same time, we focus on what this means in practice — expanding your perspective, working through real challenges, and turning insights into deliberate action.
You’ll be supported in a trusting environment where you can challenge yourself, experiment with new approaches, and grow into the leader you want to be.
If relevant, we can integrate the Gallup Strengths assessment to further build on your natural talents.
Individual Coaching Package

In a 30 minutes Introduction Session, I explain about my coaching style and background in order for you to decide whether I’m the coach you’re looking for.

In this session we define priorities, goals, and success criteria for the programme, using real inputs such as performance reviews, 360° feedback, or assessment results where relevant.

Structured sessions every two weeks focused on your current leadership challenges, decisions, and stakeholder dynamics. Each session concludes with clear, practical actions to implement immediately.

Between sessions, you can reach out via WhatsApp when important situations arise, including brief check-ins or short calls to support you in the moment.
In-person and remote options
Coaching sessions can take place at one of the Spaces in Madrid or at your office. Clients outside Madrid can use my services online, which has proven to be equally effective.
