Curiosity is the fuel for discovery,
inquiery, and learning

My background

My work is driven by a deep interest in how people think, grow, and lead — and what enables them to truly thrive in their roles.

This led me to study Psychology and build a 20-year career in HR within multinational organisations, working closely with leaders and teams in complex environments.

I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between leadership and team dynamics. When leaders gain clarity, confidence, and intention, it directly shapes how their teams collaborate and perform.

At the same time, teams can unlock great energy and results — or become stuck when expectations and ways of working are unclear.

This is where I focus my work: helping leaders step into confident, authentic leadership, and supporting teams in building clarity, strong collaboration, and sustainable performance.

Coaching Accreditation

To deepen my coaching practice, I completed an intensive training and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) — one of the most recognised and rigorous coaching certifications.

This training strengthened my ability to work with leaders from diverse backgrounds, helping them access their strengths, challenge their thinking, and create meaningful change.

I am also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, supporting teams in building stronger collaboration by understanding and leveraging their individual and collective strengths.

Background

Originally from the Netherlands, I moved to Spain in 2015 with my husband. Building a life in a new country has given me first-hand experience with change, adaptation, and navigating different cultural perspectives — something I bring into my work with international leaders and teams.

My Coaching Principles

Encouragement

Encouragement to explore, experiment and grow. Motivate to try something different or new.

Creativity

People are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. Tap into creativity and see what resources become available.

Empathy

Sense and give space to emotions, without judgment.

Getting ‘out of the head’

Focus on the whole person with the heart, thoughts, body and soul. Rather than only reasoning and thinking.

Curiosity

Awaken and challenge inner resources by approaching them with deep curiosity.

Fun

Don’t underestimate the power of fun and laughter ;)

It all starts with a conversation

Let’s connect over a coffee (or tea) — in person or virtually. I’d love to hear about your role, your challenges, and what you’re looking to achieve.

From there, we can explore how I can support you or your team, and shape a coaching journey that fits your context and goals.

You already have the strengths to get where you want to be - I am here to help you bring them into action.
