During my years in various HR positions, I’ve seen that managing a team can be challenging. Misunderstanding each other's way of working and an unclear common goal can cause collaboration to get stuck. This may lead to decreasing team productivity and engagement.
The key to effective and smooth collaboration is to understand and appreciate each team members strengths and motivations. If the manager ánd team have that knowledge, there will be common ground for a fruitful collaboration.
Strengths-based coaching improves constructive communication, development and collaboration. Remarkable things happen when team members connect to their own and each other’s strengths.

The Team Coaching Journey
A team coaching journey starts with The CliftonStrengths assessment to gain insights. We use this information to optimise collaboration. How does it work?
Each team member takes the online CliftonStrengths assessment, choosing between paired statements that describe them best.
Each team member gets their personalized results. They receive their unique talent DNA, consisting of custom descriptions of their Top 5 strengths, in order for them to reflect on their results and understand what they do best.
In a team workshop, I help managers and team members to understand and appreciate the assessment results and identify the individual strengths. Next, the Team Grid, a comprehensive visual representation of the team’s collective strengths, will create new insights in how to work together effectively.
I facilitate open dialogue and lay the foundation to purposefully use the individual and collective talents and strengths to increased collaboration.
